Siqi Shang 尚思齐

I am a Ph.D. student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, advised by Professor Lillian Chin in the MERGe Lab. My research focuses on robotic manipulation, tactile sensing, and physically-grounded robot learning.

Previously, I received my Master's degree in computer science from Columbia University, where I worked in the Robotic Manipulation and Mobility (ROAM) Lab with Professor Matei Ciocarlie. Before that, I earned my Bachelor's degree in computer science at CUHK, where I worked closely with Professor Darwin Lau and Professor Zili Shao.
